Domestic Shipping (United States) All U.S. orders ship free, regardless of order size. Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.

Processing Time All Falbums products are made to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@falbums.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
